As of Friday, October 16, MJ has successfully achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 compliance. This milestone underscores the company's commitment to protecting the nation's sensitive defense information and ensuring absolute supply chain integrity for the U.S. Department of War (DoW).

Achieving CMMC Level 2 compliance validates that MJ meets all 110 security controls required by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP 800-171. This standard governs the safeguarding of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Federal Contract Information (FCI).

"Our successful compliance milestone is a testament to the hard work of Dylan Saposnick and the rest of MJ’s CMMC compliance team, who have spent the better part of the last year fortifying MJ’s digital and physical infrastructure," said Christopher Dooley, PE, Executive Vice President. "This achievement gives our clients in the defense sector confidence that their data is secure within MJ’s system."

MJ worked with A-LIGN Compliance and Security throughout the process. Our compliance score has been officially registered within the DoD’s Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), meeting the current Phase 2 mandatory defense contracting mandates.

Moving forward, MJ will maintain regular monitoring and continuous assessments to ensure we remain ahead of emerging cyber threats and evolving federal acquisition regulations.
