Aneisha Samuels Earns AICP Certification!

We’re proud to congratulate Aneisha Samuels on earning her American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification, an important professional milestone and a reflection of her dedication to the planning profession.

Aneisha is a senior planner at MJ with more than a decade of experience in both the public and private sectors. She specializes in land use planning, zoning, environmental policy, and sustainable community development, working closely with municipalities to develop thoughtful, practical solutions grounded in local government processes and community needs.

Aneisha holds a Master of Regional Planning (MRP) with a specialization in Public Policy and Environmental Planning from the University at Albany, as well as a Graduate Certificate in GIS and Spatial Analysis, also from UAlbany.
