U.S. Coast Guard Academy Site Improvements

Under a term agreement with the U.S. Coast Guard, MJ provided survey, architecture, and engineering services for improvements to the exterior stairways and sidewalks between Chase Hall and Leamy Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

The scope included design options for both the complete demolition and replacement, as well as design of repair and alteration for improved functionality and reduced maintenance. Full design development and bid documents were prepared for the preferred option. The design included all associated site upgrades including drainage and lighting.
