Downtown Revitalization Initiative - Round 3

MJ was the prime consultant leading the development of the $10 million Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) strategic investment plan for Downtown Saranac Lake. The DRI is transforming downtown neighborhoods into vibrant communities. MJ worked closely with the local community to frame projects within core revitalization strategies and identify implementation strategies for each project.

This stragically executed plan for downtown Saranac Lake provides sustainable opportunities to enhance the quality of life for residents, expand business opportunities, and support a thriving and resilient community. Downtown Saranac Lake is a social, commercial and cultural hub that connects surrounding communities. Well-designed public and private spaces as well as unique amenities support a safe, walkable and livable downtown attracting residents, visitors and creative entrepreneurs.
