Albany Med Emurgent Care

MJ provided civil design services for the construction of a new, one-story, 30,000-sq.-ft. medical office building for Albany Medical Center. The building is home to an internal medicine, sports medicine, and pediatric practice, as well as the Bone & Joint Center, and an urgent care center.

The project required demolition of the existing building before new construction was initiated. MJ provided survey, site design, water, sewer and stormwater design, landscape architecture, signage, parking design and construction inspection services.
