Responsibilities:
Boundary and topographic mapping preparation
Reading, understanding, and plotting boundary maps and descriptions
Perform record research for boundary and utility information
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in land surveying and civil/site work, including research, computations, field experience in boundary and topographic surveys; total stations and data collection
Associate’s degree required
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation
Experience with surveying and mapping for utilities, municipal and/or state highways, bridge, residential, and commercial projects
Ability to work within multiple design teams and meet demanding schedules
Must be a U.S. Citizen or be eligible to work without an employer sponsorship
Pay is based on applicant’s ability/experience and will be rated accordingly. Salary Range: $47,500 - $62,400 ($22.84 – $30.00/hour)
