MJ is looking for an entry-level proposal coordinator to join our marketing team. The proposal coordinator will assist in all aspects of the proposal preparation process. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities:

· Production of proposals, communication material, and other marketing collateral

· Researching and writing of proposal material including resumes, project descriptions, and technical proposal content

· Graphic design relating to proposals and marketing collateral

· Maintain proposal database and update network libraries

· Provide writing, layout and organizational support for communications initiatives including brochures, press releases, award submittals, and special events

· Assist with internal communications

· Assist with social media, website, and other online marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English or related field

· Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy

· Excellent attention to detail

· Well organized and self-motivated

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign experience preferred)
