Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis
Design, maintain, and optimize advanced Excel spreadsheets for tracking and analyzing complex datasets.
Perform data validation, clean-up, and analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Create dynamic reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH).
Track and update annual data to ensure accuracy and completeness for ongoing reporting needs.
Generate visualizations, charts, and tables for effective communication of key data insights.
Project Support
Support cross-departmental initiatives by managing data-driven processes and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Assist with creating, analyzing, and updating project plans, timelines, and metrics.
Contribute to special projects requiring data compilation, organization, and reporting.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend creative solutions to streamline processes.
Develop and implement tools within Excel to improve data tracking and reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the use of data across functional areas.
Collaboration and Communication
Interact with internal teams to align data needs, project deliverables, and reporting timelines.
Present findings and recommendations based on data analysis to leadership and project teams.
Serve as a point of contact for questions related to data tracking and reporting.
Candidate Characteristics and Qualifications:
Required Skills and Attributes
Highly motivated, creative, and self-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including:
Formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS).
PivotTables and Conditional Formatting.
Power Query for data organization and analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
Preferred Experience
Experience in roles requiring heavy data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with project management tools or other data systems (preferred but not required).
Requirements
Have reliable transportation with current registration and insurance. This position is onsite (non-remote).
U.S. Citizen or eligible to work without employer sponsorship.
Ability to pass an NCIC background check and obtain a HSPD-12 Adjudication clearance
High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Pay is based on applicant’s ability and will be rated accordingly.
